Stepping UP is a program designed to encourage extremely low income families to the Stepping UP to improved education, improved job skills, improved health care and improved financial literacy.

OCCHC's unique stance in owning and managing all of our units allows us to provide a forum that will enhance the lives of our families while living in a stable environment conducive to learning and self-improvement.
