OCCHC recently hosted its first Home Buyer Fair where community members learned how to achieve their dream of homeownership. The fair was a collaboration with lenders, local real estate agents, the City of Santa Ana and fellow nonprofit partners, who provided services in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
